To address any issues promptly and efficiently, please adhere to the following return policy for damaged prints:
1. Reporting Damages:
- Should your print arrive damaged, please report the damage as soon as possible. Contact us via email at nadia@nadiaiman.art within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged print and packaging.
2. Replacement Policy:
- We will replace any print that arrives damaged free of charge. Once the damage is verified with a photo, we will promptly ship a replacement print to you.
3. Handling and Framing Recommendations:
- Please understand that photo prints are delicate. To avoid any damage, we recommend taking the following precautions:
- Leave the prints in their original packaging until you are ready to have them framed.
- When you are ready to frame your prints, we highly recommend taking them to a professional framer. They have the expertise and equipment to handle and frame your prints properly, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.
